1. Information Collection & CAD Data Confidentiality
Astham Industries Pvt. Ltd. collects contact details, company information, and technical drawing files (DWG, DXF, STEP, PDF) solely for manufacturing quotation, design for manufacturability (DFM) assessment, and contract fulfillment. All customer proprietary CAD drawings and die designs are treated as strictly confidential proprietary trade assets. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are executed upon request prior to tooling review.
2. Use of Information
Information provided through RFQ forms, brochure download requests, and job applications is used strictly to provide engineering consultations, generate price quotations, coordinate logistics, and evaluate employment candidacies. We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties under any circumstance.
3. Data Security
We maintain rigorous technical and physical security controls to safeguard customer records, quotations, and drawing files against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Uploaded CAD drawings are verified for MIME integrity and stored in isolated storage volumes protected by access authentication.
